You can access our website and provide the requested information along with your credit card details. You can also register yourself on our (Website/Mobile App) It is mandatory to update your documents (valid driving license, address proof, credit card details/payment details) for making a reservation or at the time of registration.
WHAT ALL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FROM ME TO BOOK A CAR?
You will need to fill in your name, mobile number, valid email address, a valid driving license ( case you are driving and if the vehicle is to be driven by some other person than his / her driving license), and credit card details ( case you are using your credit card for making payment. case the payment is to be made through someone else’s card then details of that credit card holder)
CAN SOMEONE ELSE MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ME?
Yes, but you need to be present with the required documents to pick up the car at the mentioned pickup location.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE DRIVE FOR ME DURING MY RESERVATION?
Only the person whose KYC documents along with their driving license are submitted while making the reservation can drive the vehicle.
IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING CHARGE?
The Minimum Booking charge is for a period of 6 hours.
CAN I PREPONE MY TRIP?
If you want to take the car early, please reschedule your booking. Car is subject to availability.
HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
A minimum of 4 hrs in advance again depending on the availability of the car.
CAN I MODIFY/EXTEND MY RESERVATION?
Request your modification/extension details a minimum of 4 hrs prior to return time by email on email@example.com. You can also call us on our helpline number- +91 95141 45999. The extension is possible subject to availability. In case of non-availability, a charge of INR 300 over and above the per hour rate (as per your car type) will be charged as extension charges.
WHAT IF I RETURN THE CAR LATE?
A charge of INR 300 over and above the per hour rate (as per your car type) for every hour of delay will be charged as delay charges.
DO I GET ANY BENEFIT OR CONCESSION IF I RETURN THE CAR EARLIER THAN MY SPECIFIED RETURN TIME?

For Daily rentals Before 24 hrs of the pick-up time: no charge, full refund Less than 24hrs to the pick-up time/No Show: 1-day rental will be charged Hourly No charge prior to 24 hrs of the pick-up time.
Between 6 hrs to 23.59 hrs -50% of the contracted Hire Charges for the trip shall be payable / charged. If the booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time or on or after the scheduled pick up time, it will be treated as No Show and entire contracted Hire Charges for the trip shall be payable / charged

WHERE IN INDIA CAN I TRAVEL?
Our cars have an ALL India Permit, so you can drive anywhere in India. (Please avoid bad terrains and terrorism-affected areas).
CAN I DROP THE CAR AT ANY OTHER LOCATION THAN THE PICKUP LOCATION?
1. You must bring the vehicle back to the same place you picked it up from. In case you drop off the car at any other location within the same city of the pickup then you will be charged INR 1500, plus the full hourly rate and the late fees until the vehicle is returned to the correct location.
- In case the vehicle is dropped outside the city limits of the pickup location, the actual cost for transporting the car to the correct location will be charged along with INR 1500, plus the full hourly rate and the late fees until the vehicle is returned to the correct location.
DO YOU HAVE A 24 * 7 RESERVATION AT ALL YOUR LOCATIONS?
You can Pick/Drop our cars anytime between 24*7. We are proving 24*7 services to our customers.
CAN I TAKE A PET ALONG WITH ME?
Some of our guests might be allergic to pets and hence pets will not be allowed in cars. If you carry a pet in-car charge of INR 750 will be levied as a penalty.
HOW DO I END MY RESERVATION?
You will need to return the car with a full tank. RoyalPicks executive will help you complete the post usage checklist and complete the payment process.
Yes, you will need to sign a short agreement/car checklist when you come to pick up the car.
WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY TO HIRE A SELF DRIVE CAR?
The Hirer intending to enter into this Agreement and rent the vehicle on self drive basis should have attained 21 years of age and shall have a driving experience of a minimum of 1 year in addition to submission of a valid driving license, voter ID/Passport and credit card details to RoyalPicks.
WHAT TYPE OF DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED?
We require an Indian driver’s license or an International Driver’s Permit (IDP). Our office will verify the original license. The licenses must be for a light motor vehicle (car). Members do NOT need a specific cab license that is associated with a yellow board plate.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PRODUCE WHILE PICKING UP A SELF DRIVE CAR?
You need to produce KYC Documents showing photo identity and address proof (such as original Passport/ Aadhar card) and a valid Driving License. A Copy of each needs to be submitted while picking up the car.
WILL I BE ALLOWED TO USE A CAR IN CASE I FAIL TO PRODUCE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF PICKUP??
No, you will not be allowed to take the car for self-drive in case you do not provide the correct KYC documents. Per day rental will be charged for Daily Rentals and in case of Hourly Rental the entire contracted hire charges for the trip shall be charged.
Your booking starts from the date and start time entered by you while making your reservation. In case of home delivery or pick up the time and kms start from our garage back to our garage

WHAT DO I NEED TO CHECK BEFORE I TAKE THE CAR ON SELF DRIVE?
We would advise you to physically inspect the car and sign the checklist.
DOES THE VEHICLE HAVE MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION?
Currently, some model cars have an automatic transmission, the rest all are manual transmissions.
WHAT ARE THE AMENITIES YOU PROVIDE WITH YOUR CAR?
All cars will be equipped with the manufacturer’s standard in-car accessories. RoyalPicks provides Tissue Paper, Fire Extinguisher, Mobile Charger, Torch, Medical Kit.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME ONE CAN RENT THE CAR FOR?
You can hire it for a minimum of 6 hours.
DO YOU HAVE A KM LIMIT?
No, our rental comes with unlimited mileage.
WHAT IS THE SPEED LIMIT FOR DRIVING AN RoyalPicks CAR?
RoyalPicks allows its guest to drive the car up to a maximum speed of 120 km/hr. driving at a speed above the maximum speed limit, a fine of INR 500 will be charged on the first violation. INR 1000 on the second violation, the agreement will be terminated on third violation
WHO PAYS FOR THE FUEL?
RoyalPicks offers the cars with a full tank and accepts it back with a full tank. But in case of fuelling being done by RoyalPicks, a 10% refueling charge will be levied on the total refueling cost. The charges for refueling along with the service charges shall be deducted from the Security Deposit.
WHO PAYS FOR PARKING/TOLL/STATE TAX?
The User pays for the parking/toll and taxes.
CAN I GET A CAR AT ANY LOCATION I DESIRE?
Yes. The pickup or drop facility will be charged starting from INR 300 per trip within the city of pickup.
IS SMOKING IN THE CAR ALLOWED?
Smoking is strictly not allowed in RoyalPicks car
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE CAR?
Unclean cars will attract a cleaning charge of INR 750. We recommend continuous cleaning of the car for your hygiene & comfort.
WHAT ABOUT ANY BELONGINGS LEFT IN THE CAR AT THE TIME OF HANDOVER?
RoyalPicks does not take the responsibility for any of your belongings. However, we suggest you call our call center and we will try our best to help you
WHAT ARE THE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS I HAVE TO CARRY WHEN I HAVE TO DRIVE ACROSS THE STATE BORDER?
You will need to carry your driving license along with the original car’s Registration book, Self-Drive License, All India Permit, Car fitness certificate, Insurance Copy, PUC.
DOES RoyalPicks PROVIDE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE?
Yes. RoyalPicks does provide roadside assistance in case of an accident/vehicle breaks down. You can call us on our helpline number +91 95141 45999 and we would arrange for roadside assistance
1. Royal Picks requests you to immediately notify us (within 4 hours) by calling on our helpline number +91 95141 45999 or by sending us an email at email@example.com. We will coordinate accordingly with our roadside assistance provider.
2. Please file an FIR at the nearest police station. Do not leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to sign several formality documents associated with the accident.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A BREAKDOWN?
RoyalPicks requests you to immediately notify us (within 4 hours) by calling on our helpline number +91 95141 45999 or by sending us an email. Our 24 *7 experienced technical team will assist you in case of break down and provide a replacement if need be.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A DAMAGE?
Damage cost up to INR 6,000/- is to be paid by Hirer. In case the damage is over INR 6,000, an insurance claim will be filed and depreciation amount & parts which are not covered under the insurance will be borne by the Hirer. In the event the customer is found to violate the RoyalPicks terms & conditions then the maximum cap of INR 6000 will not be applicable the assessment of damage made by RoyalPicks will be final.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE IF THE CAR IS STOLEN?
1. An FIR needs to be registered immediately (within 4 hours) & the same needs to be informed to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. In case of theft / total loss of the Vehicle during the Hire Period, the Hirer shall be liable to bear damages as specified in the Agreement. The Security Deposit paid by the Hirer shall be adjusted against such loss and/or damage. Any theft in the Vehicle with respect to Vehicle parts and/or accessories shall be charged as per the Schedule of charges.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE THE CAR DAMAGE IS DUE TO NEGLIGENCE?
The Hirer shall be liable to pay charges as stipulated in the Schedule of Charges mentioned as part of the Agreement.
Damage cost up to INR 25,000/- is to be paid by Hirer. In case the damage is over INR 25,000, an insurance claim will be filed and depreciation amount & parts which are not covered under the insurance will be borne by the Hirer.
In the event the customer is found to violate the RoyalPicks terms & conditions then the maximum cap of INR 25,000 will not be applicable The assessment of damage made by RoyalPicks will be final
RoyalPicks accepts payments by Cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and net banking. All rental payments are made in advance through cash or net banking, the Security Deposit however should be paid before taking delivery of the car. We do not accept cash.
ARE THERE ANY TAXES ON THE RENTAL AMOUNT?
Yes, VAT will be applicable as per the state laws.
IS SECURITY DEPOSIT DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT CAR MODELS?
No, the security deposit will remain as INR 6000 for all car types.
HOW WILL YOU REFUND MY SECURITY DEPOSIT?
We will refund your Security Deposit to your credit card /bank, based on your mode of payment.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?
We process your refund request on the same working day that you return the car. It usually takes 7-10 working days for your bank to credit the same into your account.
WILL I GET A PHYSICAL BILL?
The invoice copy will be mailed to you on your registered e-mail id
