Please read these terms carefully before booking. This page covers cancellations, refunds, documents, late returns, damages, fuel, KYC and user responsibilities.

1. Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to documents issue: We understand that you may have concerns about submitting documents or a security deposit.
- a. Original Hard Copy of Driving License or Passport: We require users to submit either the original hard copy of their driving license or passport as a security measure.
- b. Security Deposit (alternative): If you choose not to submit your driving license or passport, the alternative option is a security deposit:
- Bookings under 3 days: ₹5,000
- Bookings above 3 days: ₹10,000
- c. Still, the user wants to cancel: “No questions asked refund” will be provided minus 50% only if the user cancels 3 hours before pickup.
Cancellation before 24 Hours: 90% Refund.
You can cancel any time before 0–3 hours of pickup timing. “No questions asked” refund will be provided (minus 10% of total amount paid). Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation within 24 Hours: 0% Refund.
Drop / Cancel the booking in between booking duration: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation — Non Availability of the vehicle: Full refund.
Cancellation as you didn’t like the vehicle: Full refund. Photo of the vehicle is required for refund process. Share via WhatsApp +91-99760 38888 or email bookyourdrive@gmail.com.
Cancellation After Pickup Time: Considered No Show (No refund).
Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on payment gateway/bank timelines.
2. How does Royalpicks work?
- Download Royalpicks app or visit www.royalpicks.in
- Select area, date, and time
- Browse available bikes and pickup locations
- Login or sign up
- Select bike and pickup location
- Reservation confirmed after completing payment
3. Payment options
Booking amount needs to be paid online while making a reservation on website/app.
Payment methods depend on what is supported (cash/credit card/debit card/mobile payment apps/online payment services).
4. Late drop / Delay
We give one-hour grace timing. After one hour it will be one complete day charge as per the vehicle (non-negotiable).
Different locations have different opening/closing times. Users should drop the vehicle before closing. If not, user can drop the vehicle the next day and pay one-day rental charges.
5. Documents required
Customers need to upload KYC like Driving License and Address Proof online. KYC will be verified at the location directly.
For Indian customers:
- a. Original Hard Copy of Driving License or Passport as security measure; OR
- b. Security Deposit:
- Under 2 days: ₹5,000
- Above 2 days: ₹10,000
- Note: Learner’s license is not acceptable.
For International customers:
- Valid home country driving license + International driving permit
- Valid Visa and Passport
6. How can I use the vehicle?
- Rider above 18 with valid Driving License.
- Bookings must be for personal use (not on behalf of another user).
- User is solely responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
- Any violation may result in action for material breach of terms and conditions.
- Vehicle availability is not guaranteed at any given time.
- User must pick up and drop at selected location. Home delivery requests subject to availability.
- Must always wear Helmet, responsible for traffic violations. Inspect/take video at pickup for damages, malfunctions, missing parts.
- User rides entirely at own risk; lessor is not responsible for loss, injury or death.
- Rental package does not include Fuel, Toll, roadside assistance and Taxes.
7. How can’t I use the vehicle?
- Vehicle is for personal use only. Not allowed for commercial purposes (transport/delivery/last mile delivery).
- No sharp objects/weapons/illegal activity.
- No more than 2 people.
- No modifications (internal/external).
- No rallies/stunts.
- No alcohol/drugs.
- Users below 18 not allowed.
- Users with Learning License not allowed.
9. Damages / Dents / Scratches / Loss
Royalpicks recommends users take a video at pickup. Once the vehicle leaves the station, any damages/loss/theft/missing parts are user responsibility regardless of fault.
- Dents/scratches during rental: user pays complete repair cost (showroom cost).
- Accident: users must inform support immediately.
- Insurance thresholds (as stated):
- Scooty: insurance if damage costs more than 20,000 + processing fee + repair days rental charges.
- Bike below 200cc: insurance if damage costs more than 30,000 + processing fee + repair days rental charges.
- Bike above 200cc: insurance if damage costs more than 50,000 + processing fee + repair days rental charges.
- Theft: user responsible to pay vehicle cost.
- Towing charges paid by user.
- Lost/damaged key: user pays cost of new lockset.
10. Fuel
Fuel is not included in rental amount. Minimum fuel will be provided to reach nearest fuel station. No refund for leftover fuel at drop.
11. Maintenance
- Royalpicks handles regular inspection, scheduled servicing and repairs.
- Scheduled service every 3000 kms (as stated).
- Long-term booking: user may need to visit service station at least once a month; if user negligence causes issues, user is responsible.
12. Extra kms charges
Every model has a kms limit. If user exceeds, charges apply as mentioned on website/app.

13. Over Speeding
Every model has a specified speed limit. If user exceeds, charge will apply as per app/website.
After 3 consecutive violations, further violation will be charged ₹100 per instance.
14. Renewal pending / Missing renewal
Each time a user misses extending the ride on/before drop date, penalty of ₹500 applies.
15. Helmets
One helmet is complimentary.
Additional helmets will be charged based on number of days (book online).
If helmet is damaged or lost, user must pay charges accordingly.
16. Upload KYC
To ensure a seamless and secure rental experience, all users must complete KYC verification.
- Log in to Royalpicks account
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Open KYC Verification tab
- Upload required documents
Documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s license)
- Proof of address (Aadhaar/utility bill/rental agreement/official correspondence)
